Spring Fling this weekend!

I hope you have been having a fabulous week! I know it’s a little rough out there even though I’ve been trying to live in my little bubble. I’ve been on a total news blockout for my sanity but a little bit slips through every once in a while. This week I managed to channel that stress and make some simple angry art and it was fairly therapeutic. I saw this phrase graffitied under a bridge on my way to Trenton the other day and I was inspired. I’ve been practicing my digital creative skills so this was made on my iPad with Procreate.
I also learned how to make my art into acrylic charms so this will be turned into keychains and earrings! I made a bunch of my other art into charms as well. They will be available as awesome earrings at Spring Fling this weekend. I’d send pics of them finished but they are scheduled to arrive sometime today and I’ll be doing a lot of last minute creativity to get ready in time.

The Cure Arena in Trenton
There are only 2 more days until the NJ Punk Rock Flea Market Spring Fling. This is a huge event featuring over 400 small businesses including artists, crafters, vintage sellers, tattoo artists, food trucks and so much more. It takes up the entire CURE Insurance Arena in Trenton. You can purchase tickets here.
WWAC Art Show Opening
Opening Night - April 11th 7-8:30
I was also lucky enough to have a piece accepted to the West Windsor Arts Council members show titled “Your Visual Story Through Art.” The Opening Reception is on Friday, April 11th from 7-8:30 PM. The opening is free to attend. This show runs from April 8th - May 30th 2025 at the West Windsor Arts Council Gallery in Princeton Junction.
